High Season: June 1st until September 30th Low Season: October 1st until May 31st inclusive
In high season we only raise our room prices by €5 per room per night (€10 for the family/ group bedrooms).
We do not raise our prices at weekends or for any events or during school holidays, Christmas or Easter
Monthly room rental also available at competitive prices.
We offer three types of bedrooms here at the Tivoli, on the first floor we have Special and Standard Bedrooms and on the ground floor we have our Economy Bedrooms. On each floor we also have a large bedroom that will sleep 4 people. We have a television in each of our bedrooms and antique furniture as far as possible.
Our prices start at €25 for a single room in low season to €80 for the family room in high season.
Always ask me about discounts for 3 nights or more AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR!
Our first floor bedrooms have French Doors to small verandas, wooden floors and wooden shutters, they have private shower cubicles and hand basins - only the toilets are shared (and kept very clean!)
On this floor, we have one Special bedroom with a double bed and one Special twin bedded room which I show in the photographs below. The reason these 2 bedrooms are special is because they are larger than our standard bedrooms and have more windows and views. The bedroom with the double bed has a window and French doors to a veranda with a view of the Praça and gardens opposite and the twin bedded room has 3 French windows and verandas with 3 aspects, 2 of them overlooking the Praça:

Our standard bedrooms are slightly smaller and equally pretty, they overlook the cobbled Rua Alexandre Herculano - the road that leads to the old walled city:

Our economy bedrooms are on the ground floor which is served by a separate entrance door. These bedrooms have tiled floors and wooden shutters and the bathrooms are shared.
Single: €25/30 (Low Season) €35/40 (High Season)
Double or Twin: €40 (Low Season) €45 (High Season)
Our family or group bedroom on this floor has 2 single beds which can be put together to make a double bed and a set of adult bunk beds.
